Website privacy notice

Effective October 22, 2026. This notice covers the public InXite Data and InXite Corporate websites operated by InXite Data Systems LLC. Separate products and services may have their own notices and agreements.

Information you provide

When you request information or a demonstration, the Data form asks for your name, work email, organization, role, area of interest and message. It also records your agreement to follow up. If you email us, we receive the information in your message.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, arrange demonstrations, discuss the opportunity you identify and maintain the related business correspondence. Please do not submit medical records, sensitive personal information or confidential business documents through the public inquiry form.

Website and service providers

Netlify hosts these websites and processes Data form submissions. Website delivery and security can involve technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps. These pages load fonts from Google, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files. Email inquiries are handled through our email service providers. External websites linked from these pages have their own privacy practices.

Your requests

You can ask about the information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up by emailing jpaat@inxitedata.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding matter.
